I Am Ashamed

And
at the evening sacrifice I arose up from my heaviness; and
having rent my garment and my mantle, I
fell upon my knees, and spread out my hands unto the
Lord my God,
And
said, O my God, I am ashamed and blush to
lift up my
face to thee, my God: for our iniquities are increased over our head, and our trespass is grown up
unto the heavens. Ezra
9:5,6
Ezra cried aloud:
“O my God, I am ashamed.” Ezra was ashamed because
many of the Israelites had married strange wives, or wives from idolatrous
nations. And I am ashamed.
I am ashamed because we
have married “strange wives.” In
the name of “interfaith” fellowship to promote unity and
peace among warring religions, we have married “strange wives”:
Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, and others who are the enemies of Christ.
Put another way, interfaith union is the
intermarriage of religions: Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism,
and so forth. Interfaith
union – intermarriage - is polytheism, or idolatry. Listen…when we wed
Christianity with those who hate the true God, we unite with the spirit of
antichrist. The deceitful
and wicked purpose of
interfaith union is to get Christians to deny the Gospel of Jesus Christ
is the Truth. Interfaith union wants
us to deny Christianity is the only true religion. Interfaith union wants
us to profess Christianity is merely a faith “tradition.” In
other words, they want us to define Christianity as a cultural tradition,
not the true religion. They
want us to declare that Christianity is merely a Western tradition and all faith “traditions” are equal.
O my
God, I am ashamed. For we have gone
a-whoring after strange religions and intermarried with them.
Instead of separating from those who hate God, we have united with
them… and false Christian leaders are the chief transgressors. O my
God, I am ashamed. We
have left our first love – Christ – and gone a-whoring after other
gods in the name of unity and peace.
We
have broken our covenant with the one true God by denying His Son is the
only Way to eternal salvation. We
have committed idolatry and gathered together in the name of false gods.
O
my God, I
am ashamed. We
have been hoodwinked by the humanist doctrine that universal
reconciliation of all religions will bring world peace.
Winston Churchill foolishly believed he would negotiate world
peace. And Rick Warren foolishly believes he can bring world peace
with his PEACE plan. But
Jesus Christ is the only Prince of Peace. He alone will bring true peace on
earth when He returns. In fact, Christ never promised His first coming would bring peace on earth. He did not come to send peace, but a sword... Think
not that I am come to send peace on earth: I
came not to send peace, but
a sword.
For
I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and
the daughter against her mother, and
the daughter in law against her mother in law. And
a man’s foes shall be they of his own household. He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. And
he that taketh not his cross, and
followeth after me is not worthy of me. Matthew
10:34-38 The Sword of the Spirit – the Word of God – will cause strife and spiritual warfare. We will be hated for His Name's sake. We will be persecuted.
Our families will despise us if we stand up and contend for the faith once delivered unto the saints. False Christians will stone us with hard words: "religious fanatic" and other hurtful remarks.
And our families and the world will call the true Gospel "hate speech" because it preaches against sin. False Christians will revise the Bible to make it politically and religiously correct. They will corrupt the Word of God.
Unquestionably, the Gospel Truth divides families, communities, and nations. The Sword of the Spirit does not bring peace on earth. Today,
Rick Warren and other ignorant and arrogant religious leaders foolishly
feel that if all religions reconcile their differences, there will be peace on
earth. What they promise is a
false peace. This is the spirit of antichrist.
Even
in tragedy, true Christians must never unite with the enemies of
Christ for a memorial service. Why? Because when you gather
together in the name of many gods, you are bowing down to false gods.
It’s idolatry. And
God commands: Thou
shalt have no other gods before me. Exodus
20:3 The world
proclaims we all
worship the same God; we just call Him by different names.
But we do not worship the same God.
Jesus tells us: He
that honoureth not the Son honoureth
not the Father which hath sent him. John
5:23 And it is written... He
that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: He
that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because
he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son. 1
John 5:10 And it is written... I
am the light of the world: he
that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but
shall have the light of life. John
8:12 Irrefutably,
the Bible teaches if you’re not
following Jesus, you’re walking in darkness.
Therefore, Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus and other religions are walking in
darkness. So, why would we
gather together in worship or prayer with those walking in darkness? Some corrupt the Word
and declare the Bible calls for unity. But when the Bible calls for unity and
to “be one” (John 17:22), it means unity of the Holy Spirit (Ephesians
4:3). Be united with those who have been born of the Spirit – born again
believers. Born again believers are of one heart and one soul.
This is true unity. Stand
fast in one spirit, with
one mind striving together for the
faith of the gospel. Philippians
1:27 Born again believers are the true Church - the Bride of Christ. And we must not go a-whoring after heathen faiths.
There is no Biblical command to strive together for many faiths – interfaith. We are called to stand fast for the true faith - the faith of the Gospel. The Gospel is the Truth. And enemies of Christ hate the Truth.
To form a union with enemies of Christ declaring there are many ways to God is an unholy alliance. We call the Bible a lie.
The Bible clearly preaches that Jesus Christ is the only mediator between God and us.
For
there is one God, and
one mediator between God and men, the
man Christ Jesus. 1
Timothy 2:5 Who
is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He
is antichrist, that
denieth the Father and the Son. 1
John 2:22 A Muslim denies that
Jesus is the Christ. He is
antichrist. A Buddhist denies that
Jesus is the Christ. He is
antichrist. A Hindu denies that
Jesus is the Christ. He is
antichrist.
And so forth... Interfaith humanist
doctrines - seducing doctrines of devils - teach universal eternal
salvation for all faiths. But there is no universal salvation.
Jesus alone is the author of eternal life unto all them that obey
him (Hebrews 5:9). He
that hath the Son hath life; and
he that hath not the Son of God hath
not life. 1
John 5:12 And
we know that the Son of God is come, and
hath given us an understanding, that
we may know him that is true, and
we are in him that is true, even
in his Son Jesus Christ. This
is the true God, and eternal life. 1
John 5:20 For
many deceivers are entered into the world, who
confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This
is a deceiver and an antichrist. 2
John 7 Not only must we not
unite with false faiths; we must not unite with false Christians who
preach a false gospel. For example, there are those who preach a gentle
Jesus ignoring His righteous anger when He overturned the
moneychangers' tables in the Temple. And they ignore the wrath of God.
And Catholics teach Mary - not Jesus - is our intercessor and O my
God, I am ashamed. We must repent… We must repent and
separate from false faiths that are the enemies of Jesus Christ. Instead
of “interfaith”... we must separate. And we must repent and
separate from false shepherds who refuse to preach repentance and
obedience to the faith (Romans 1:5).
God’s Law demands we repent and bear the fruit of holiness
(Romans 6:22). We must not form unholy
marriages with unbelievers: false Christians and false faiths: Be
ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for
what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and
what communion hath light with darkness? And
what concord hath Christ with Belial? or
what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And
what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for
ye are the temple of the living God; as
God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and
I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore
come out from them, and
be ye separate, saith the Lord, and
touch not the unclean thing; and
I will receive you, And
will be a Father unto you, and
ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith
the Lord Almighty. 2
Corinthians 6:14-18
We are commanded to separate from unbelievers: "Be ye separate."
The Apostle John warns
if we bid God speed to professors of false doctrines, we are partakers of
their evil deeds: Whosoever
transgresseth, and
abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath
not God. He
that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he
hath both the Father and the Son. If
there come any unto you, and
bring not this doctrine, receive
him not into your house, neither
bid him God speed: For
he that biddeth him God speed is partaker
of his evil deeds. 2
John 9-11 Clearly, we must not unite with false Christians and false faiths.
Separate from false Christians. If we encourage false preachers, we partake of their evil deeds.
Separate
from false faiths. If we encourage false faiths, we partake of
their evil deeds. When we wed “strange
wives” in interfaith prayer, fellowship and union, we wish success to
Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, and other false religions.
And we acknowledge that we all worship the same God.
And we acknowledge that
there are many ways to God. Again, we are partakers of their evil deeds. We have wed “strange
wives” and deny that Jesus Christ is the only Way.
O my
God, I am ashamed. Listen, Jesus promises us that
He is preparing a place for true believers: Let
not your heart be troubled: ye
believe in God, believe
also in me. In
my Father’s house are many mansions: if
it were not so, I
would have told you so. I
go to prepare a place for you. And
if I go and prepare a place for you, I
will come again, and
receive you unto myself; that
where I am, there
ye may be also. And
whither I go ye know, and
the way ye know. John
14: 1-4 Then Thomas asks Jesus:
“Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the
way?” Jesus answers: I
am the way, the
truth, and
the life: no
man cometh unto the Father, but
by me. John
14:6 Jesus is the true way to
the Father, the only true way. There
is no other way to eternal life. All
other ways lead to death – eternal damnation. But we have wed
ourselves to false faiths that claim there are many ways to God. We
have rebelled against God's First Commandment and joined false
religions in "interfaith" - polytheistic – fellowship and
worship.
America
has become a polytheistic nation... Christianity has married "strange
wives."
We are idolaters.
And
religious leaders are the chief transgressors. O my God, I am ashamed.
